Bryan grew up in Caney, KS and has lived in Valley Center since 1985. He received an associate degree in emergency medicine from Friends University and also has a Master Mechanical License. Bryan founded Bryan's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. in 1986 after working in his family's HVAC business in Caney. He is a member of RSES and regularly attends workshops to improve his company. Bryan is also a member of ACCA and belongs to a group of 13 companies from across the nation that meets twice a year to share ideas. His favorite part about the HVAC industry is that it is constantly changing, and he enjoys providing great customer service. Bryan is dedicated to building the best HVAC company in the area, which is accomplished by building relationships with employees, customers and vendors.

Brooklynn was born in Wichita, KS and raised in Valley Center most of her life. She frequents the Austin, Texas area as her mother and some of her grandparents live down there. Before joining Bryan’s in 2023 Brooklynn worked at a law firm and thought it was interesting because of all the different walks of life. Brooklynn enjoys working at Bryan's because she meets plenty of new people and sees the side of business most people wouldn’t think about. On the weekend Brooklynn loves seeing her friends and family, and spending time outside (When it's warm).

Daron was born in Wichita, raised in Valley Center, KS. He attended Wichita State University for a while, where he studied music and foreign language. Daron worked at various restaurants and in management positions before joining the Bryan’s team as dispatch in 2008. Daron spends his free time with either his 3 kids or playing the guitar with his band. He even toured the US in the 90’s with his band. Daron’s favorite thing about working at Bryan’s is the interactions he gets with both customers and co-workers.

Aurdie was born in Wichita and has lived here ever since. Before working at Bryan’s Audrie attended Wichita State University and received a bachelors in accounting. Audrie handled tax season taxes and was a managerial accountant. She started working at Bryan’s in 2017 and enjoys the family feel of the business. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and plays pool in a few leagues.

Justin is from Wichita, KS. Justin has been with Bryan’s since 2013, during which he spent 7 years as a Service Technician and has been our Sales Manager since 2020. He is experienced in Heat Pumps, geothermal, Gas Furnaces, Air Conditioners, & Ductwork. He & his wife have 6 kids together which keeps them busy, but in his spare time Justin enjoys passing on his love of working on classic cars with his kids.

James is from Mt. Hope, KS and spent six years as a weapons tech in the United States Navy before coming to work at Bryan's. He has worked at Bryan's since 2014 and his favorite part of the job is the relationships built with both customers and fellow employees. In his spare time, he enjoys flying, reading, and spending time with his wife and family.

Jehramy was born in Wichita, KS and grew up here. Jehramy attended and graduated from Wichita Technical Institute in 2010. He started working at Bryan’s in 2016 and enjoys the family atmosphere, along with the new challenges that HVAC presents every day. Outside of working Jahremy enjoys fishing, playing disc golf and going outdoors.

Kyle was born and raised in Wichita, KS. Kyle attended Wichita Technical Institute receiving a HVAC certificate. Kyle started working at Bryan’s in 2015 and loves the environment because of the new experiences he gets everyday and the people he meets along the way. In his spare time Kyle enjoys playing and reffing soccer and hanging with his wife and kids.

Barrett was born in Wichita, KS and raised in Valley Center. He attended Wichita State University and worked in the Aviation field along with retail management. Barrett joined Bryans in 2021 and loves learning new things about the trade and appreciates the teamwork that goes into making sure each and every job gets done smoothly. When it's not working hours Barrett likes hunting, gardening and enjoying his Jeep!

Dillon was born in Wichita, but grew up around and attended school in Bentley/Halstead. Studied Information Technology at trade school shortly after graduating, but moved on to HVAC. Dillon started at Bryan’s March of 2017 and has become a lead installation technician within that time. His favorite part about the HVAC industry is getting to meet new people at every job and getting to show what I’m capable of creating with my hands. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with loved ones and completing different home improvement projects around the house.

Chase was born in Wichita, KS and raised in Valley Center. Before joining Bryan’s in 2020 Chase attended Butler Community College. Chase enjoys HVAC because each day is different and has its own set of challenges. On an off day you might find Chase playing sports, fishing, riding his bike and getting together with family and friends.

Don was born in New Jersey, and came to Wichita Kansas in 1972 when father’s job transferred family here. He graduated from Southeast High School and attended WSU for 1.5 years. He’s been in the HVAC industry since 2014 and with Bryan’s since May of 2018 as a service technician and assistant trainer for new technicians on procedures. His favorite part of HVAC is learning new skill sets and meeting a lot of new people. In his spare time he does a little bit of fishing with kids, and owns/runs a horse stable in Derby Kansas.

David grew up on the west side of Wichita throughout his life until 2016 when he moved to Valley Center with his family for his dads job. David has an associate degree in Climate Energy Control Technologies from WSU Tech. David started working at Bryan’s in 2020 and is pleased everyday when he gets to fix someone’s system and improve their lifestyle. Outside of work David is involved in his church's youth ministry and enjoys working on small engines and other projects.

Ethan was born and raised in Wichita, KS. Ethan acquired a technical certificate in HVAC from WSU Tech and started working at Bryan’s in 2021 as a service technician. Before working at Bryan’s Ethan installed commercial duct work. During a day off you might find Ethan rock climbing and singing Karaoke.

Mason was born and raised in Wichita, KS and moved to Augusta, KS after graduating from high school. Mason attended Wichita Technical Institute for equipment operations. He started working at Bryan’s in 2022. Mason’s favorite part about working at Bryan’s is his co-workers and being able to create things with his hands for our customers. Outside of work Mason enjoys Hunting, fishing and working on cars.

Max was born in Wichita, KS and moved to Clearwater in highschool. Before coming to work at Bryan’s in September of 2022 Max studied at Tabor College and went to Wichita Technical Institute. Max enjoys working at Bryan’s because of the culture between co-workers and supervisors. Outside of working Max likes going hunting, fishing and enjoys golfing.

Jordan was born in Winfield, KS. Before joining Bryan’s in 2022 Jordan attended Butler Community College and Metropolitan Community College achieving an associates degree in medical science. Jordan’s favorite part about working at Bryan’s is the fellowship between co-workers and even friendly customers. In her free time you can find Jordan doing fun things with her son and living life to its fullest.
